Crystal IT Park, located on Khandwa Road near Bhawarkua Square and Ring Road, is Indore's oldest and most established IT SEZ. Developed and managed by AKVN (Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam) Indore under the Indore Special Economic Zone, it began facilitating software exports in 2012 and remains the city's most operationally active IT park. It houses companies spanning data processing, enterprise software, fintech infrastructure, and IT services across its STP-I and STP-II buildings. The surrounding Bhawarkua area has developed alongside the park as a commercial and residential support zone.

Crystal IT Park SEZ is a notified Special Economic Zone under the Government of India. Operational SEZ units benefit from: income tax exemption on export profits (Section 10AA of the IT Act); exemption from customs duty on imported hardware; exemption from service tax on services received; and a simplified export compliance structure. AKVN provides infrastructure support and facilities management.
