Yes. 14 days, full access, no credit card required. Every capability is available from day one of your trial.
Monthly billing is charged each month with no long-term commitment. Annual billing is charged once a year and works out to 10 months' price — effectively two months free. Both include the same capabilities and credits.
Credits are the unit that measures AI and messaging usage — things like AI Copilot messages, email sends, WhatsApp messages, and lead scoring runs. Credits are pooled across your entire workspace and roll over from month to month within the plan year. You can see exactly how many credits each action costs in the credit cost table above.
AI and messaging actions that require credits will pause until credits are replenished. You can top up at any time with a credit pack, or upgrade to a plan with a higher bundle. Everything else — records, views, automations, reports — continues working without interruption.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. Unused credits do not expire during a plan switch.
Absolutely. If you later engage Zreo for your office space needs, your Sentinel subscription converts to the free member plan automatically — and your data, automations, and history all stay intact.
One. There is no minimum seat requirement. You can start with a single user and expand as your team grows — credits scale proportionally.
Your data stays yours. Sentinel runs on your infrastructure or on Zreo-managed infrastructure in India. SAML SSO, IP allowlisting, role-based permissions, and a full audit log are included from day one — on every plan.
