Kochi/Edapally / NH Bypass Corridor
Kochi's Mid-City Spine, Where the Bypass Became the Boulevard
The Edapally–NH Bypass Corridor is the primary commercial artery of Greater Kochi, stretching 17 km along National Highway 66 (NH-66, formerly part of NH-17/NH-47) from Edapally in the north to Aroor in Alappuzha district in the south. Originally designed to divert truck traffic around the old city, the bypass has long since been absorbed into Kochi's urban fabric, lined on both sides with office towers, retail complexes, corporate campuses, and hospitality assets. Edapally Junction sits at the northern anchor, home to Lulu International Shopping Mall (the largest mall in Kerala), the Edapall

The corridor's defining infrastructure advantage is its multimodal accessibility. Three operational Phase 1 metro stations (Edapally, Changampuzha Park, Vyttila), two railway stations, and one of Kerala's busiest bus terminals at Edapally give this corridor the widest employee catchment area of any office zone in Kochi.
Newer commercial buildings along the corridor (post-2015) have incorporated green building features; Infra Futura and Oberon Mall commercial floors are among the better-maintained Grade A properties. As demand grows, LEED/IGBC-rated buildings are increasingly available for larger occupiers.
Standard KSEB power supply with building-level backup (DG sets) is the norm; no dedicated SEZ substation. High-speed fibre connectivity is widely available through BSNL, Jio, ACT, and Asianet Broadband.
